Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of SoukLink. By creating an account, you agree to them.
1. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. One person per account.
2. Buying
Buyers agree to pay for placed orders and to communicate through SoukLink. Disputes are handled per our Buyer Protection policy.
3. Selling
Sellers list accurate items, fulfil confirmed orders on time, and comply with Pakistani law. Prohibited items are removed and repeat violations lead to bans.
4. Fees
4% on products and 6% on services, with a 30-day launch-free period for new sellers. Fees are deducted at payout.
5. Liability
SoukLink acts as a marketplace. We are not liable for seller conduct beyond our protection scope, but we mediate disputes fairly.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
